We take all inquiries seriously but due to the large volume of interest we will only respond to your inquiry if we are interested in a possible booking engagement.

Minimum Booking Requirements:
1. You must have 90 minutes of original material ( songs written by you or your band mates).
2. Be experienced with playing "listening room" environments.
3. Entertainer skills a must.

Please do not submit an inquiry if you do not have 90 min. of original material or are not comfortable performing in a "Listening Room" environment.  Our audience is extremely attentive and they enjoy what is said between your songs as much as the songs themselves.  In other words, we are interested in an entertainer, not just a singer/songwriter.  The typical Bugle Boy patron is 50 plus, college educated, non smoker and drinks more wine than beer.  Artist that are familiar performing in Established House Concerts are most comfortable with our style of venue. 

If your fan base resembles the typical Bugle Boy patron and if you have solid publicity support and the ability to draw from Houston, Austin, San Antonio and/or College Station then we would be interested in reviewing your material.

Please submit to us your EPK  or website link by email.   This is the only format that we accept.  You may send us a note with specific available dates for consideration.  If we feel that we need further information, we will contact you to request additional material.  All submissions are reviewed within 5 days.
